We always recommend consulting a licensed dermatologist before introducing any new skincare product into your routine. AuraGlow Beauty products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.
Skincare is deeply personal, and individual reactions vary. We recommend: • Performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24–48 hours before full application • Reviewing all ingredients before purchasing • Introducing one new product at a time into your routine • Discontinuing use immediately if irritation occurs and consulting a dermatologist

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. We strongly encourage you to review the full ingredient list and, if needed, consult a dermatologist before purchasing to ensure our products are right for your skin.
We understand that not every product works for every skin type. However, because skincare efficacy is highly individual, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis of personal preference or if the product does not produce the results you hoped for. All ingredients are clearly disclosed on our product pages so you can make an informed decision prior to purchase. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions before you buy.
We're sorry if that happened! This is the one exception to our all-sales-final policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@auraglowbeautyga.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
